It is not even Easter…the NQ market is young! However, we have already seen an active market in both Yorkshire and the North West. In both Leeds and Manchester, we have helped a number of trainee solicitors make the move into new firms this coming September.
More importantly, we have already been able to assist trainee solicitors across the North in terms of their internal applications as well as helping them to understand the nuances of the Yorkshire and North West markets and identify the type of firms which would be of interest to them should they have to leave their training firms.
It is still early days but, with the majority of internal job lists now released, we are seeing the development of the qualification market unfold. There is a long way to go, but it has been a positive start!
