Job Title: (Senior) Legal Counsel

Salary: Up to £90k basic DOE

Location: Alderley Edge

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Vita Group are a dynamic and expanding group of businesses and brands, operating across real estate development (Vita Student, Vita Living, Union, House of Social & Symphony Park), technology and sports sectors (Stockport County F.C.).

Working closely with the Group General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• General commercial, real estate, or construction (dependent on candidate background) advice across various areas of the Group’s businesses.
• Corporate transactional support (acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures etc…);
• Assisting with a wide range of other legal matters affecting the Group’s businesses and portfolio including property, planning, construction and data protection matters; and
• Management of external legal teams and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Ideally 3-8 years PQE as a solicitor but this is just a guide and we are open to considering applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
• In-house experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excited by the opportunity to work within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and take on a diverse and evolving workload across varied business areas.
