Our client is an established Cardiff-based firm with a good reputation in the market for undertaking quality work across all commercial practices for a broad client-base. It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor / Legal Executive / Qualified Paralegal) to join its busy team in Newport.
Our client handles a significant amount of residential property transactions and, as an experienced Property Lawyer (5PQE+), you will be expected to assist your colleagues with high-volume caseloads and have, ideally, some prior experience of managing junior and mid-level team members. Experience of dealing with volume caseloads, particularly the technical issues that arise from them, would be a distinct advantage to any application. Our client is open to considering CLC-Qualified Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Qualified Paralegals and Solicitors.
