Leading Leeds-based practice seeks an ambitious Property Insurance solicitor (1-5PQE) to join its award-winning team – the successful candidate will focus on providing indemnity and property-related insurance advice to their premium, enviable client base.
This highly regarded team undertakes coverage work over all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base. The reole in question will be solely focused on the insurance matters that emanate from their Real Estate team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on coverage disputes, policy wordings, claims notifications and presentations, negotiations with insurers and related recoveries.
The ideal candidate will have between 1-5PQE in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for property-related insurance advice. Excellent academics alongside experience of working within a top-tier competitor law firm are essential.
