Property Development Solicitor sought for new role with a well-regarded regional firm in Preston.
THE FIRM:
Reputable national law firm, with a solid reputation gained over many years.
Based Manchester city centre.
THE ROLE:
The team covers a wide range of Property Development matters, advising a broad range of clients including: housing associations, property developers, owners and financiers.
Work will involve:
dealing with a broad range of Development transactions for the Firm’s Housing Association clients
Drafting and negotiating on matters such as: sale and purchase contracts, conditional agreements, development agreements, section 106 agreement variations, overage agreements and forward funding arrangements
Acquisitions and disposals of investment property,
Advising on landlord and tenant issues, stock transfers, grant funding, site set-ups, supported living and charging transactions
THE CANDIDATE:
Although our client’s ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Development Solicitor with between 3-5PQE, they are also willing to consider those more junior candidates (NQ-3) whose training and experience has been gained at a firm regarded for Property matters.
It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial property matter. You will be someone with a commercial outlook who can act as a business advisor to clients.
