Established National practice with offices in Liverpool is seeking an ambitious professional indemnity solicitor (2PQE+) to join its excellent specialist Insurance team – the successful candidate will focus on providing indemnity advice to their insurer clients and wider client base.
This highly regarded team undertakes coverage work over all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on claims management, coverage disputes, policy wordings, claims notifications and presentations, negotiations with insurers and related recoveries.
The ideal candidate will at least 2+ years’ PQE in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for coverage advice. Good academics alongside experience of working within a reputable competitor law firm are essential.
