About the Job:

In this role, you’ll work with insurance companies and corporations on coverage disputes. You’ll review, draft, and provide opinions on various matters. It’s a challenging but rewarding job that offers the opportunity to work on high-quality cases and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and drafting coverage analysis and recommendations
• Managing all phases of litigation, from drafting motions and pleadings to handling discovery demands and responses
• Drafting and negotiating settlements, and conducting and defending depositions and appeals
• Appearing in court
• Representing a variety of insurance companies and corporations

Experience & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be admitted to practice in New York, with New Jersey admission being a plus. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in Insurance Coverage. We’re looking for someone who has:

• Litigation experience in State and Federal Courts
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, Premises Liability, Labor Law, Construction, and Property Damage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• The ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
