THE ROLE:
The team do a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies
The work is varied: providing healthcare providers and professionals with a broad range of expert advice – from Deprivation of Liberty and welfare disputes to complex medical treatment cases involving children and/or mental health matters.
They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on advocacy and inquest work
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally they are looking for someone with at least 3PQE+ in Inquests/Court of Protection work, however they welcome applications from other proven healthcare solicitors who are interested in moving into and focussing within this specific area.
