Cyber / Data Risk Solicitor (NQ-4PQE) required for new role with highly-rated National firm in London.
Our client’s Cyber & Data Risk team acts for a wide-ranging client base – in the main, for international businesses, large PLCs and specific data-orientated businesses. The team are generally the first on the scene to help clients manage data-breaches and coordinate subsequent forensic investigations. The team alsoprovide a whole host of other services including delivering data projects for clients, advising on data and privacy matters to new and existing clients, GDPR implementation support as well as other advisory work; assisting with data protection in a contractual/transactional context, for example cloud procurements and outsourcing agreements.
Our client is ideally looking to bring in an experienced solicitor – someone with at least 5PQE, with extensive experience of data protection and complex IT matters. Your training and experience will ideally have been gained at a national or regional firm recognised for outsourcing and IT related matters.
