Our client is an excellent Yorkshire-based firm with a strong reputation for providing high-level advice across a number of commercial disciplines, undertaking very good quality of work for a broad client-base. It is now seeking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer, focusing on Commercial matters, to join its highly regarded team in Leeds.
The Commercial Property team, deals with a broad range of property work for both local, regional and national clients. From advising owner occupiers and trusts on the legal implications of selling and purchasing commercial property, to advising faith-based organisations on negotiating lease extensions to their portfolios, the work undertaken is varied, complex and of high quality.
Our client invests heavily in the professional development of its staff. As an ambitious Property Lawyer, it will present you with a general initial caseload before then encouraging you to find your niche, to then specialise in it.
The ideal candidate will be either a solicitor or a legal executive with between 1-3PQE of dealing with good-quality commercial property work. Your training and experience will have come from either a regional or national firm known for its quality property offering.
