Tom is the Head of our In-House Division.
Tom began his recruitment career in 2014, originally working with a small boutique agency, specialising in interim Risk & Compliance professionals within the Financial Services sector.
At the start of 2017, Tom made the move to a national legal recruitment agency, to specialise in in-house legal recruitment across the UK. For 7.5 years Tom focused on placing permanent and interim legal professionals across all sectors whilst also building a team of legal recruiters to service clients across the UK.
Having joined CapeClarke, Tom heads up the National In-house Legal Recruitment Desk using his recruitment expertise to help legal candidates make their next in-house move.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys both playing and watching most sports but in particular he enjoys football the most. He plays for a couple of teams and is a lifelong Manchester City fan. Outside of sports, his other interests are cooking and travelling. He lives with his partner Sophie and their dog, Ruby.
