Saika is a Principal Consultant at CapeClarke, based in our Manchester office. Saika focusses on the North West market within our Commercial division.

She trained with Davies Arnold Cooper, London before qualifying with George Davies Solicitors in Manchester, and practised law for three years post qualification before entering legal recruitment in 2003.

She has a wealth of legal recruitment experience having worked for an international recruitment company for over 14 years, specialising mainly in the recruitment of NQs, solicitors, partners and other fee earners into private practice law firms across the North West as well as advising on team moves and merger possibilities.

As a qualified lawyer and an experienced recruiter, Saika understands the North West legal sector really well.

Having taken some time out to focus on the family business, Saika has returned to legal recruitment and will concentrate on the commercial market specialising in recruiting at all levels including NQ, solicitors, partners and other fee earners seeking opportunities in private practice.  She prides herself on offering a first-class service and finding the right match for both lawyers seeking new opportunities and her private practice clients.

When not working Saika enjoys walking, spending time with family and friends and sees herself as a future contestant on Bake Off!
